These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CarCrave website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products & pricing

All prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We work hard to keep prices, descriptions and images accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing the order. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order it is treated as an offer to buy. We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order, stock availability and the delivery fee before dispatch. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

3. Payment

We accept M-PESA, cash on delivery and bank transfer. Payment details are confirmed when we call to verify your order. Goods remain the property of CarCrave until payment has been received in full.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Nairobi and countrywide across Kenya. Standard delivery is a flat KES 1,000 anywhere in Kenya; timeframes are described in our Return & Refund Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather or other events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Warranty & installation

Where a product carries a manufacturer or workmanship warranty, the warranty terms and period are as stated for that product. Warranty claims require proof of purchase. Products fitted by CarCrave are installed by trained technicians; warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident or fitting carried out by third parties.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarCrave is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Kenyan law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images and design — is the property of CarCrave and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
